SERVICE PERSONNEL INFORMATION
Our team is professional and will provide you and your guests with great food and service that includes:
• Event set up, meal and breakdown
• Black uniforms for the service staff
• Professional Chef’s attire for the cooking crew

Staff individuals and the number of staff are pre-arranged for the event (5 hour minimum) which includes three hours set up, two hours event time and breakdown. Let us know if you need them longer. Gratuities are appreciated, and the amount of the gratuity is left to your discretion.
